Responsibilities

  1. Utilize audience, competitive, channel, and media planning tools to recommend campaign strategies, budgets, timing, and media mix aligned with client goals.
  2. Identify and partner with media platforms and programming opportunities across OTT, Linear TV, Radio, Online Video, Social, Search, and Digital Audio to maximize campaign impact.
  3. Analyze demographic and consumption data to inform media recommendations, interpreting insights to support brand awareness, consideration, and performance.
  4. Leverage offline media planning experience and case studies to determine key metrics like reach, frequency, TRP/GRP, and impressions.
  5. Develop and present innovative, targeted marketing solutions, serving as a key client contact for plan approval.
  6. Collaborate with investment and strategy teams to ensure planning aligns with measurement and buying strategies.
  7. Work with Client Strategy & Analytics teams to integrate performance data and optimize future campaigns.
  8. Partner with external planning tool providers to evaluate and enhance Tinuiti’s suite of tools.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in media buying, planning, and strategy, with a focus on the US national market.
  • Experience with cross-channel planning, including linear TV, streaming, and digital media.
  • Proficiency with Nielsen, Resonate, Comscore, Kantar platforms.
  • Understanding of KPIs across performance marketing and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Strong industry insights, relationships, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to travel 1-2 times per month.
