Union Square Media Group is looking for a driven and data-savvy Native Media Buyer to join our high-performing Media Buying Team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a performance marketing background and a passion for launching and scaling high-budget native advertising campaigns across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, MediaGo, PowerInbox, and others.

You’ll be hands-on from day one — leading the charge on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. If you're an analytical thinker with a knack for testing creatives and pushing the limits of ROI, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and scale native lead-gen campaigns end to end.
  • A/B test creatives, copy, funnels, and more — with clear performance KPIs.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and optimize media spend.
  • Partner with our creative team to guide content strategy using real-time data.
  • Stay on top of the competitive landscape and evolving trends in native advertising.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong performance marketing experience, especially in lead generation.
  • Proven success managing native campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
  • Solid grasp of creative testing, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with Excel chops and a talent for distilling complex data.
