What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with both technical and management-level personnel
- Prepare and present PowerPoint decks to management on project progress, findings, and recommendations
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS) in collaboration with clients and contractors
- Perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and maintain updated schedules and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of construction planning and scheduling experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or a related technical field
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to various audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Construction Management
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Background in datacenter construction
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
