Cactus is seeking a Media Supervisor to lead and grow our in‑house media offering in Denver. This full‑time role blends hands‑on planning and buying with client leadership, working across digital and traditional channels.

As a Client‑Lead, you’ll guide strategy, develop tactical media recommendations, present plans, and manage budgets over $1M while mentoring the team and upholding Cactus’ values.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in media planning and management within an Advertising or Media Agency.
• 2+ years in a Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Experience managing media budgets over $1,000,000+.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong project management and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for multiple Cactus media clients; Building strong relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their business and media needs
• Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver innovative and inspiring recommendations, and to ensure work across all functions is strategically aligned and on-brief
• Work with internal Subject Matter Expert teams to develop strategic media recommendations, including both traditional and digital tactics, that are built to achieve client-specific business goals
• Translate media recommendations into digestible decks and lead the presentation of media plans to clients
• Develop measurement plans for all paid media campaigns. Build and present concise result decks post-campaign, highlighting key learnings and implications for future campaigns
• Oversee implementation of media campaigns - including the negotiation of buys, delivery of creative specs, creative trafficking, campaign QA, and budget stewardship
• Grow and develop all members of the paid media team, motivating them to set inspiring goals, achieve exceptional results and grow as both people and professionals
• Contribute positively to the Cactus agency culture and operate as an example of Cactus’ core values: Passion, Collaboration, Tenacity, Respect, Courage, Critical Thought, Well-Being, and Belonging
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and identify areas of opportunity for both Cactus and our clients
