Job summary

Cactus is seeking a dynamic Media Supervisor to join our Denver-based team. This full-time role blends in-office and remote work (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) to lead multiple client media programs.

You will drive planning, buying, analytics, and reporting across digital and traditional channels, partnering with planners and SME teams to optimize performance and deliver strategic recommendations. Leads client relationships, presents campaigns, and ensures on-brief execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in media planning and management within an Advertising or Media Agency.
• 2+ years in a Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong grasp on media planning and performance analysis across all media, both digital and traditional.
• Strong project management and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for multiple Cactus media clients; build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver innovative recommendations and ensure on-brief work.
• Translate media recommendations into decks and lead client presentations.
• Develop strategic media recommendations across traditional and digital tactics.
• Develop measurement plans and present post-campaign insights.
• Oversee media buys, negotiate, and manage budget pacing and invoicing.
• Grow and develop Paid Media team members and uphold Cactus values.
• Stay current with emerging trends and identify opportunities for clients.
