Job summary

Cactus is seeking a Client Account Supervisor with broadcast production and integrated campaign development experience to lead campaigns for mid- to senior-level clients in a Denver-based, hybrid environment. • 5–8 years of full-service advertising agency experience managing marketing projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact with mid to senior-level clients and agency partners.
• Lead a large cross-functional team to deliver integrated campaigns across broadcast, social, digital, POS and print.
• Know clients’ brand, business, industry, and competition as a trusted resource.
• Understand broadcast TV and radio production processes and explain them to clients and vendors.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Report campaign status to Account Director.
• Collaborate with strategy and project management to develop briefs and schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget launches.
• Pitch creative, strategy and new work to clients.
• Demonstrate the agency's capabilities and processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer support and handle travel to shoots.
