The Marketing Practice, in the United States (Colorado), is seeking a Media Supervisor to oversee media strategy for client programs and lead the media roadmap across teams. You will be the primary media lead for assigned clients and drive media success, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in media with a focus on digital planning and buying/execution/optimization.
• Strong understanding of B2B media landscape and demand generation.
• Experience with programmatic, search, and social tactics.
• Proficient with tracking tools like GA and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-channel media strategy and planning for global B2B programs.
• Partner with Client Services to steward client health and success.
• Identify opportunities to add new media strategies and tactics.
• Ensure deliverables align with strategy and highlight actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics to map platform KPIs to business outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day media plan maintenance and client inquiries.
• Draft, submit, and evaluate media proposals and POVs.
• Mentor and manage Media Team planners and drive training materials.
