Job summary

Cactus, a Denver-based agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end, from brief to billing. You’ll drive strategic thinking, growth opportunities, and proactive risk management while collaborating across creative, strategy, and project management teams.

3 days in office, 2 days WFH. 4–6 years agency experience and a BA/BS are required; proficiency with Workamajig, Basecamp, and Monday.com is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant agency experience managing marketing projects and client relationships.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Operational agility to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Workamajig, Basecamp, Monday.com).
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for senior-level clients and agency partners.
• Own the full project lifecycle from brief to billing, on time and on budget.
• Develop marketing plans, briefs, and project schedules with strategy and PM teams.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across creative, strategy, media, and PM.
