Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor technicians on the Operations Maintenance Team.

The role requires a high school diploma and 4+ years with MHE, preventive maintenance, and reading blueprints; familiarity with CMMS and PLCs is essential. Expect a safety-first culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years experience with CMMS.
• 2+ years experience with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic and sensors.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships across Operations facility.
