Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor staff.

This role requires 4+ years with conveyors/controls, blueprints, CMMS, PLCs, and strong teamwork. You’ll train others and collaborate with Operations to maintain a safe, efficient Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in material handling equipment (MHE) and conveyors.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience in team lead capacity supporting and mentoring others.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, etc.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain a positive working relationship across Operations facility.
