Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, train and mentor technicians, and support the Operations Maintenance Team.

The role requires strong PLC/CMMS experience, 4+ years with conveyors, and a track record in preventive maintenance. Flexibility in schedule is needed for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical license/credentials.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years preventive maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading technicians and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project; able to manage documents.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Design solutions and manage projects for maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems.
• Promote safety and maintain positive operations relationships.
