Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor junior technicians.

This role requires 4+ years with material handling equipment, PLC/CMMS experience, and blueprint reading; a high school diploma is required, with associates in mechanical/electrical fields preferred. The role is on-site in a warehouse environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (conveyors/controls).
• 4+ years experience performing preventative maintenance.
• 3+ years experience with CMMS and PLC programs.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems and related components.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
