Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead the service team in installing and repairing automated packaging equipment. Design solutions for complex issues and manage projects within the Operations Maintenance Team.

The role trains and mentors technicians, ensures safety, and maintains conveyors and control systems across a large facilities network. Strong PLC/CMMS experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years with CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Support Operations Maintenance by designing solutions and managing projects.
• Train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors; install controls and sensors.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Audit preventative maintenance procedures and mentor juniors.
• Maintain positive relationships across the facility.
