Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team that installs and repairs automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for complex problems, manage projects, and mentor service technicians and contract staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining conveyors, reading blueprints, and leading preventative maintenance while promoting a strong safety culture across the Operations facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours, maintenance data, and parts used.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
