Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team of service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor junior technicians while upholding strong safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 4+ years' experience with conveyor systems, MHE, CMMS, PLCs, and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging/ distribution equipment.
• Support Operations Maintenance by designing solutions and managing projects.
• Train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
• Promote safety and follow all procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems.
• Create, assign and close out work orders with labor, maintenance, parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Communicate effectively across Operations facilities.
