Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service techs in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyor systems and control components within a cutting-edge facility.

The role requires strong background in MHE, PLCs, and preventive maintenance, with leadership experience and willingness to mentor junior staff. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming.
• Experience leading technicians and mentoring.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and controls components.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facilities.
