Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor junior technicians within a safety-first operations team.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment, PLCs, CMMS, and blueprint reading. This position is based in New York, with a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4 + years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years of experience with a CMMS.
• 2+ years of experience with PLC programs.
• Experience acting in a team lead capacity that supports, trains, and mentors less experienced technicians.
• Previous vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with the ability to create and manage documents effectively.

Mansioni

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors and related systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and related components.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across all Operations facilities.
