Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for difficult problems, manage projects, and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with the Operations Maintenance Team.

This role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, blueprints, and a strong safety mindset in our Massachusetts facility.

Qualifications

• MHE equipment experience including automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 3+ years with CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading/mentoring technicians and vendor management.
• Proficient MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project; flexible schedules.
• Team lead experience supervising technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; ability to create and manage documents.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety-first culture and following procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors; install/repair control components.
• Create and manage work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior staff.
• Maintain positive relations across Operations facilities.
