Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead maintenance and installation of automated packaging systems in a high‑volume facility. You will mentor technicians, design solutions for complex problems, and manage projects from planning to execution.

The role demands strong experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, and reading blueprints, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years in material handling equipment and conveyors.
• 4+ years preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using CMMS systems.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project, with strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging/distribution equipment.
• Design solutions and manage projects for maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and contract workers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
