Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor other technicians.

This role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, and reading blueprints. You will work within a safety-first culture and support a dynamic maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading/mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by following procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and controls.
• Create and close work orders with labor, equipment, and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and contractors.
