Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead maintenance for automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor technicians to improve reliability.

Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting of conveyors, control components, and PLC-based systems, plus coordinating parts and labor. A safety-first culture and ongoing training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using a CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and controls.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic and sensors.
• Mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Create and close work orders with labor and parts data.
