Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment across the building.

The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and documentation, with opportunities to mentor junior technicians and contribute to a safety-first culture in a cutting-edge warehouse facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close work orders; track inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across the facility.
