Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of critical building systems within a client facility.

You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and mentor technicians to ensure reliability and uptime. You will collaborate with Automation support teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive asset performance in a highly automated environment, supporting CBRE’s

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 4+ years' experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards and OEM/industry safety rules.
• Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and technician training.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
