Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor technicians within the Operations Maintenance Team.

The role requires 4+ years in MHE, preventative maintenance, blueprints, CMMS, and PLC experience, with strong leadership and vendor-management skills. Join a safety-focused facility offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years of experience with a CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a safe working environment by following all procedures.
• Maintenance: maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems; install, maintain, troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Monitoring: create, assign, and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Support: lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility.
