Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 years of mechanical assembly experience in relevant industries.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with skid-mounted equipment assembly.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complex mechanical assembly and integration of engines and related equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine assembly requirements.
• Perform precision measurements, alignment, and torqueing with specialized tools.
• Conduct testing and identify issues with mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and propose corrective actions.
• Support skid-mounted equipment integration and related systems.
• Perform quality inspections and verify conformity to specs.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to L1/L2 technicians for complex tasks.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and customer specifications.
• Maintain records of inspections, measurements, and actions.
