Zusammenfassung

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Level Repair & Assembly Technician to learn and contribute to repairing and assembling aerospace turbine engine components.

You will perform hand blending, grinding, drilling, riveting, lock-wiring, and light machining in a climate-controlled, modern facility. Through our extensive in-house training program, you will be instructed via computer-based and hands-on training.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or technical high school diploma or the equivalent in a trade school.
• General knowledge of standard shop practices and procedures.
• Ability to be self-directed and motivated.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Aufgaben

• Follow written and verbal instructions including OEM instructions.
• Use hand-held power and non-power tools for various operations.
• Blend metals, weld, plate, and spray coatings.
• Disassemble and assemble engine components, including press-fit parts and lock wiring.
• Drill, tap, re-drill holes; operate drill presses and lathes for repairs.
• Use measuring devices to determine dimensions and inspect work to standards.
