Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification or associate degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly, preferably in aerospace, energy, or industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical systems according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, and adjustments to ensure system functionality.
• Conduct functional tests to validate system performance and troubleshoot issues during assembly.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and document test results.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize assembly processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
