CESO, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Team Lead in Cleveland, OH to oversee design, coordination, and delivery of engineering documentation across complex projects.

You will lead production teams, set priorities, ensure schedule adherence and budget alignment, and provide technical guidance based on extensive experience. You will mentor team members, review deliverables for accuracy, and collaborate with project managers and discipline leaders on budgets, scheduling, and proposal development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with ABET accreditation and 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years total experience.
• Master's degree can substitute up to 1 year of work experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred; FE exam and EIT certification preferred.

• Be responsible for the team's quality of work, productivity, and actions.
• Direct and support production teams by assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee project lifecycle from planning/design to construction documentation and administration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, staffing forecasts, and proposals.
