CESO, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Team Lead to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of engineering documentation across multiple complex projects. You will manage production teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires a Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree (ABET) with 8+ years of experience; PE licensure is preferred, FE/EIT certification considered. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Competenze

• ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred.
• Leadership/management experience required.
• PE licensure strongly preferred; FE/EIT preferred.
