Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience with global scope.
• 7+ years in mission critical HVAC design.
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering or project management in Mission Critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Make high-judgment trade-offs between priorities and features.
• Drive strategic direction for the team's technical roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Establish operational excellence through metrics and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and unblock engineers and partner teams.
• Collaborate with partner teams to implement and improve processes regionally and globally.
• Provide clear technical strategy to all organizational levels.
