Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Mech Product Manager-Tech within the Data Center Engineering, Mechanical Products & Services (MPS) team.

You will lead technical product management for mechanical cooling and controls systems deployed in AWS data centers, defining customer requirements, and partnering with global suppliers to scale solutions for global deployment. This role demands strong cross-functional leadership, deep engineering collaboration, and the ability to explain complex systems clearly;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• 5+ years of water treatment experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for new mechanical solutions and global deployment.
• Build trust with stakeholders across reliability, operations, design, and compliance.
• Manage concurrent projects across multiple geographic zones.
• Develop product roadmaps and define customer requirements.
• Review, update, and approve equipment submittals.
