Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive mechanical cooling initiatives for our data centers. You will own cross-functional programs, coordinating hardware and software teams to ensure production readiness for global deployment, and deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure.

The role requires experience leading complex mechanical cooling programs, strategic planning, and strong project management skills in mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years guiding technical programs in mechanical cooling or controls.
• Experience leading complex programs for data center environments.
• Bachelor-level engineering or related IT discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for new Mechanical Solutions and maturity for global deployment.
• Plan for global/regional nuances, test, validate, schedule deployment and production readiness.
• Lead development, deployment, and sustainment of mechanical systems for next-gen data centers in cross-functional environments.
• Provide program management leadership for new technologies and retrofit deployments at scale.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, large-scale programs.
