Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Data Center Design Engineering team. You will drive cross-functional programs across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to deliver scalable data center infrastructure.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage remote delivery teams, and a proven track record of on-time delivery. You will own product development roadmaps and work with leadership to align priorities and resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and internal teams to identify mechanical, electrical, and utility needs.
• Create and own the product development roadmap for data center infra segments.
• Coordinate between teams to define budgets, schedules, and resources for roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvements in data center designs and communicate solutions to leadership.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from idea to deployment and deprecation.
• Develop deployment strategies to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to leadership to inform risk decisions.
• Work independently in a high-performing environment with leaders at all levels.
