Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Aguadilla, PR for leadership of an Integrated Product Team through design, validation, production and field sustainment. You will guide technical execution and manage CIPT goals.

The role requires a Mechanical or Aerospace degree, 3–5+ years of PM experience, and travel up to 10%. You will work in a hybrid environment with English communication to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
• 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPT for design, validation, production and sustainment.
• Manage budgets, schedules and technical metrics with the CIPT.
• Coordinate and support engineering design updates (Class I & II Changes).
• Oversee field investigations and production delivery troubleshooting as needed.
• Communicate in English with customers and teammates.
