Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering; disciplines include electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, systems engineering or related.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical work across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and interface documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level technical solution and integration across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and quality domains.
• Translate MRD/requirements into PRS and manage traceability throughout design and release.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments (DFMEA), verification, and validation activities.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and reusable technical practices.
