Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and development with increasing responsibility.
• Strong system-level knowledge of embedded hardware architectures, microcontrollers, and integration.
• Proven track record leading technical projects and mentoring peers.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium/OrCAD) and layout best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and review electronic hardware components, including schematics and component selection.
• Provide guidance on PCB design/layout, signal and power integrity, EMC/EMI, manufacturability.
• Lead technical roadmaps for hardware platforms and ensure product-line scalability.
• Establish design guidelines, workflows, and tools for EE team.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews; drive cross-functional collaboration.
