Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of craft professionals on a major LNG/energy project in the US Gulf Coast region. You will supervise superintendents, direct craft activities, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and 10–13 years of field experience, with strong knowledge of ES&H, subcontractor management, and Bechtel standards. Mobility to other units may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline or international equivalent.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of supervisory functions, subcontractors, and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and work schedules; coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
• Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, design changes, and safety requirements; manage tool/equipment usage and material requisitions.
