Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a seasoned Field Engineer to lead engineering activities, coordinate multiple disciplines, and manage field execution on LNG, energy, and infrastructure projects across the U.S. Gulf Coast region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 10–13 years experience (or 14–17 years alternative).
Experience in overseeing the installation and inspection of rotating and static equipment.
Experience in commissioning of rotating and/or static equipment.
Experience in leading teams.
Familiarity with ASME and API standards.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering activities and coordinate multiple disciplines on large projects.
Plan work packages, supervise material management and scheduling.
Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
Coordinate system turnover between Construction and Startup.
Review subcontracts and inspection/test plans.
