Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead planning, scheduling, and oversight of large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects up to $200M. You will coordinate activities with the Project Manager and supervise craft teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, 7+ years in leadership of mechanical trades, and travel up to 75%. A data center or mission-critical project background is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial construction.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Previous experience on data center or mission critical projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and keep critical activities on track.
• Oversee field activities for commercial construction projects from setup to closeout.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule and report to PM team.
• Respond to subcontractor field requests that affect budget/quality/schedule.
• Supervise daily work of employees and ensure contract compliance and safety.
