Job summary

Loenbro, a trusted construction partner, seeks a Superintendent to lead industrial mechanical projects up to $10M in value. You will plan, schedule, and manage crews, coordinating with Project Managers and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Electrical Journeyman License is required.
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and keep critical activities on schedule.
• Oversee field activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout.
• Document project field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule and report to PM.
• Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Supervise daily work of employees and ensure conformance with contract requirements.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources for timely, cost-effective completion.
