Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial projects.
• Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Oversee field activities from setup to closeout.
• Document project field issues impacting budget or schedule.
• Supervise daily work and ensure safety compliance.
