Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead planning, scheduling, and supervision of commercial mechanical construction projects up to $200M. You will assist the Project Manager and coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet budgeted outcomes.

The role demands 10+ years in construction, 7+ years in leadership of mechanical trades, and data center or mission-critical project exposure. Travel up to 75% and OSHA 30 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction of large-scale commercial projects.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Previous experience working on data center or mission critical projects.
• Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure critical activities stay on schedule.
• Oversee field activities for commercial construction projects (power, data center/mission critical).
• Document project field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule and report to PM.
• Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Supervise the daily work of employees.
• Verify conformance of finished work and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met; coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors for timely completion.
