Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-value, technically complex mechanical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in mechanical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mechanical projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, and profitability.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, procurement, change orders, and claims.
• Coordinate labor plans with field leadership to ensure staffing.
