Job summary

Interstate Mechanical LLC (IMCOR) seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and profitability of large-scale mechanical projects. This role requires a track record of managing high-value, technically complex programs from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.

The Senior PM will oversee project financials, scheduling, procurement, risk management, safety, and quality, and provide leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-value mechanical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related systems.
• Strong project controls, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, billing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mechanical projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost projections, cash flow, billing, collections, and profitability.
• Oversee financial performance and execution of assigned projects.
• Review scope, contracts, plans, schedules, and risks throughout execution.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, procurement, change orders, and claims.
• Coordinate labor plans, material, equipment, and scheduling requirements.
• Monitor costs and productivity; implement corrective action when needed.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly forecasts.
