CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to mentor project teams while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, coordinators, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure contract compliance and project documentation.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects.
• Participate in preconstruction activities, including estimating and constructability reviews.
• Support business development through relationship management.
