Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical and construction projects focusing on HVAC, piping, and plumbing. You will manage planning through closeout, enforcing budgets, schedules, and safety standards across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in mechanical construction; proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD/Revit, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive PM experience in mechanical construction.
• Experience managing medium to large multi-disciplinary projects from planning through closeout.
• PMP or PE (Mechanical) is desirable; OSHA-30 or equivalent safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for mechanical & construction projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources; track milestones.
• Coordinate design reviews and integrate engineering design with construction activities.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and change orders; manage contracts and negotiations.
• Provide onsite leadership, ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders; prepare progress reports.
