CyberCoders is seeking a Project Manager for mechanical construction to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical systems background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in mechanical, HVAC, or commercial construction.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Autodesk Build or MS Project.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial mechanical construction projects, including planning, execution, financial management, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Lead coordination with owners, engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project performance, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that impact schedule or budget.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and project quality standards.
• Provide consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
