Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc is seeking a mid-level to senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical projects across multiple western markets. Based near Oxnard, CA, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with engineers, field crews, and client teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage budgets, report progress to stakeholders, and nurture client relationships while upholding Harder’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems
• Bachelor's Degree as listed or equivalent experience
• Must travel to other regions to gain exposure to additional markets

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned project
• Coordinate with project team and field labor to meet safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Manage project budget and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide regular status reports to client and company
• Lead team from project engineers to superintendents and admin staff
• Ensure successful project outcomes including schedule, budget adherence, and client satisfaction
