Gutridge in Ohio is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects from initiation to closing. You will manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and ensure project profitability while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in project management, safety compliance, and client relations. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret technical instructions.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Manage commercial HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and cost control.
• Oversee manpower planning to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure profit margins are met or exceeded through effective oversight and problem-solving.
