Job summary

Gutridge in Ohio is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects from initiation to closing. You will manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and ensure project profitability while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

• Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
• Compensation is determined by our hiring managers and is based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the role.

Requirements

What Do We Want To See?

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software.
